First the install was the wrong box, then another box, but non HD-Hey the offer was free HD—yet another box—only some HD—yet another box finally HD but not able to download programming-another trip they install a: Sling Box" Hmmm, still not working right—so another repairman come out and does something-all seems OK—1st bill I get zapped for $50 install—it was advertised as FREE. Continuous intermittent problems forcing reset after reset— So today I turn the TV on—and get Complete loss of signal message—OK so again, pull the plug, go thru reset options as per the guy on the DISH Chat—Still nothing—so my only option is a repairman to come out because the equipment is defective—BUT WAIT-its been 6 months and I either have to sign up for service at $72 a year or pay $95 for a repairman—no other options
So... I cancelled my credit card used for DISH-and Dish can go to hell0I will NOT pay them a dime, I will not pay for breaching the contract, and I aint gonna send them the receiver back—I am a pissed American tired of being screwed by big business—considering the repair people live within 5 miles of me0this is a JOKE
AVOID DISH-AND AVOID DIRECTV too—both are rip off masters
