They Make Sure YOU Will Never Be a Customer After They Lose You! - dish network

I cancelled My dish network service after they gave me a $280 bill out of nowhere. They claimed that I had a late payment, even though it was on auto pay, Moving on I cancelled and they said they would give me boxes to ship back the equipment, to a building that was five miles away from my house which would cost me $60 for five miles which is rediculous. Not to mention, I had to get on the ledge of a 20Ft roof to disconnect something from the dish that I didn't install; just so I could pay to ship it down the road. Ithey gave me 15days to return it and the boxes arrived on the 10th day after I cancelled. I had been a dish customer for 5 years and i still get treated this way. After this i will never be a dish network customer!!!
