Solicited my business, installed a unit, then removed it same day

Dish offered to install their dish thru e-mail. I accepted their offer, telling the offer I as a former customer and had opted out for another company. They told me this made no difference, (however, it should be noted, the add said NEW customers only) I tqalked with a rep of Dish, told him my situation, being a former customer, and I might not qualify, he stated, my circumstances made no difference, that I did qualify, they would come out and install their dish and all the othe equipment I had ordered (TIVo) and one extra receiver. They did come out, the man installed the dish on top of my house, the extra receiver in my bedroom, one in my den, and the TIVO unit. The installer called for activation, told them he had the unit installed complete, they started asking him questions, which he in turn relayed them to me, I answered them, and they looked up their records, said I would have to pay over $l00 in instalation fees. Now, the original solicitation was "FREE INSTALationd" I said I didn't want to pay that fee, reminding them of what their add said. The person I dtalked with at the Dish Office here in? Ft Worth said his records, said I was a former customer of Dish, I left them for another company, I was rude to them when I left, and DI would have to pay for the instalation for they would take it out. I told them to take it out. The installer was a contract man, was very embarrassed, apologized, and removed the equipment and left. I felt this was very rude of Dish to conduct business like this, I later had to call a rep of my dish company and get him to adjust the old dish to get a clear picture, which cost extra. (fix it due to removing the other dish) All of which Dish was unprofessional in the whole thing. I am not trying to litigate, just want people to know who they are dealing with when they go to dish tv.
