Protection Plan forced on me

I'm getting really fed up with my DirecTV wire support. Besides that I am paying $40/month for around 8 stations away from normal broadcast stations (50% of which pull anyhow), they simply lately caught me having a Safety arrange for no less than 12 weeks. I created something phone and was informed that since it was my very first time, the charge could be waived. Today I visit consider the statement and yes they waived the charge, however they caught me having a Protection Program. I contact and also the woman claims they've records showing they advised me concerning the Protection Program as well as delivered mean educational e-mail (LIES!!!). She stated they usually renounce the support phone charge by wearing a safety arrange for atleast 12 weeks.

The only real reason I'venot terminated the support is due to the children channels that you simply cannot actually discover about the normal regional stations. Also it feels as though each month they enhance the 2nd recipient charge. It was $4 till quite lately, today it is $6.
