Direct TV has lied, committed fraud from day one with us

Direct TV has lied, dedicated fraut from day-one around. We were informed we're able to get regional stations with no agreement. After connect we were informed we'd a-2 year agreement with no local stations. We're able to obtain the main stations at $3.50 monthly per-channel. These stations are Ny, and LA. WE reside in Arizona! And can't get NBC. I named to fall the premium stations, the following month these were not fallen and we obtained a $36 cost. I named plus they mentioned "the final phone was fallen". It wasn't fallen! It'll charge us $300.00 to obtain using this agreement. You call that Customer Support. I believe not.
