I called Direct TV on 4/15 (Friday) because I had NO service. They responded to me saying they cannot send tech support to my house until 4/18. I told them when I had Dish Network and I had a problem they sent someone out within hours. NOT DAYS! Now we have to do without TV until Monday. They responded to me that the technicians don't "work" on weekend. They offered me a refund of 92 cents. I asked them what it would cost me to discontinue my service and they told me $400.00 since I'm a "new customer".. Looks like i'm stuck with this nitemare for a few more years! Sooo wrong! I hate direct tv!!!
