Has not paid house ins ripoff

Gmac has not paid house ins. Cancellation notice sent out they promised to send payment to ins.Co. They did not recieve payment called again they said they are having hard time sending because it was midterm promised to be out by april 23rd 2005 will call on the 24 th now escrow shortage of 922.00 has come up been wit gm for 5 years they are incompetent any suggestions?
