Terrible Service

The installers with Direct TV in the Novato, CA area were terrible! They found every excuse not to install a dish at our home. Dish Network did it with no problems and were kind and friendly. Everything Direct TV mentioned couldn't be done Dish Network did it. Our installer made it very secure to our structure on our home, answered all of our questions, and took his time. Its like Direct TV installers did not want to work to hard. Our installer from Dish Network took his time, and was here for 4 hours making everything right, and making us feel comfortable with our decision. Not every company is perfect but after all the nightmares I had with Direct TV, I would not recommend them just for customer service alone, Thank you
