Money charged for receivers returned

We terminated our Directv... Returned the devices Feb 1 to US Postal Services... From there these were acquired by FEDEX... FEDEX delivered to Immediate on February 10... On January 21 Immediate withdrew from our bank account $247.08 for that devices they stated hadn't been delivered... FEDEX states these were shipped on February 10... Present day day is March 10 we've no devices & less $247.08 & no body taking responsibility for something. Businesses for example Strong TV may take customers to get a trip never to return... No body within the organization is effective at fixing problems for example these. Client beware!!!
