Bamboo tablet marked delivered but package never found

I ordered a bamboo tablet on February 11th. It was supposedly delivered today at my front door at 1:25 PM, but the package is nowhere to be found. I have tried to call the FedEx post office, but they won't pick up their phone. The shipping information says that no signature was required, so that made it okay to leave it at the front door. But there was no option to require a signature when I ordered it from walmart.com. My package has been stolen, and I want to file a claim.
