I've been with Ideal or Cablevision since September. I've had difficulties with their support but nothing that flower to crazy such as the phone I acquired yesterday on Friday, 2/16 at around 9PM. The girl named and stated that a prior tenant within the same building owed them funds from several years back which their were incorporating this to my bill. Affirmed nowadays I went online and Cablevision included $400 to my bill. Unbelieveable but accurate.
