Being an buyer and client in Cablevision I had been completely dissatisfied using the support I've obtained from Wire Perspective. Nowadays I approached cablevision when it comes to a notice I obtained within the email declaring my regular support rates were likely to improve. After I approached your customer support department I had been first welcomed with a consultant which was bored with my issues and instantly shuffled me down for your termination division, that was unprompted by me. After waiting a couple of minutes I had been terrified by both insufficient regard and disrespect which was displayed in my experience by your consultant within the termination division (akmid?). Among other insults, it had been suggested by your affiliate that I had been "silly" for worrying concerning the cost boost and was an idiot to depart cablevision. Used to do not commit ten years of my entire life to higher eduation to become named an idiot. To express he was unprofessional will be a match. I loved the providers cablevision provided me but was handed no additional option but to stop my solutions with cablevision.
