Shouldn't have been installed

Direct tv van showed up and a guy installed a dish in the wrong spot bad signal so he installs it 8 feet to the right and says it's ok know. Some channels not getting signals. We call and a techncian shows up and says the installer should have never installed the dish in the first place you will always have trouble your signal is not strong enough and never will be. Sorry! Who will fix my house with all these holes now i'm sick 1000.00 to replace and fix damage and know i have to get comcast cable installed. If the guy installing would have just said you can't get the signal and did not insall the dish in the first place we wouldn't be dealing with trying to get our house fixed.
