Phone sales incorrect pricing Ripoff

I signed up for Direct TV. What a mistake. After three installations in one week (they got the work orders wrong), the upstairs TV is still not functioning. The prices I was quoted are not what appeared on the bill. The bill is $35 more than quoted and I am in a 2 year contract not one year as told on the phone. I can cancel the account after 5 days for $350 or pay it through the 2 years. The last installation was for 4-8 pm. I called at 3:45 when I got home to see what the deal was. They showed me scheduled for 6-10 pm. The guy had showed up at 10 am wondering where I was, then at 2 pm left this cell phone number so I could call and have him come over but his cell phone wouldn't allow mesages to be left, and then he came again at 6pm. Took him 2.5 hours to install one DVR. After talking with a supervisor, I got 3 months free premium and sports channels. Whooppee, who cares? And I thought Comcast cable was bad.
