DirecTV - Deceptive Trade Practice

In July I named directv to stop my television providers (after being truly a client since 2004) since I would like to change my television providers to AT&T uverse. The individual I talked with at directv provide me brand new tools and free installment to maintain my company (to ensure that I will have whole-house DVR). Additionally they provide me a few months of Free film or activity bundle ($12.99 / month worth) to carry on support with Directv. (previously Directv has present me the a few months free film/activity bundle within my agreement repair and every time, they explained once the a few months is up, the development will instantly slipped down without extra cost of course if I would like to proceed, I'd have to contact or move online to sign up for pay providers).in this promotion-they provide me, they stated the same concerning the development will instantly slipped down in 3 months. Etc etc.in Nov. I obtained my Directv statement and notice you will find two fresh costs: $12.99 and $5.00 HD package charge. I named and also the CSR explained that my free marketing has finished; consequently, they started getting me the charge. I told them that I had been informed the development must instantly be fallen down and that I shouldn't be incurred any fee.
