Hit me with a $249 charge and caused a lot of fees with my bank

Beware if you should be a DirecTV client! If you are using a charge card to pay for your statement they go upon themselves to cost it anytime they need should you owe them cash. If you are using a card once together they declare that they've the best to cost it again at their will. They struck me having a $249 cost and result in a large amount of costs with my lender and after calling them-they stated it's my issue not theirs!
