False charge om my credit card!

I registered on the 12 month and after my 13th month was up I ended, presently there stating it had been a 24 month, however they didn't inform me that till once they charged a delayed termination charge, they charged on my charge card without me understanding, my documents display 12 month, not 24. Directv is just a rip-off, I had been never late spending my statement, and that I do not cost on anyone else credit card, I'd GO TO PRISON, its not right for directv to cost on my credit card.
