Horrible Customer Service and Outage

Our Holiday present from Time-Warner this season - NO WIRE. I had been without support from December 23rd until December 26th. During this period and many discussions with administrators, I had been informed various tales: Somebody slice the cables; ConEd slice th cables; no body slice the cable, but you will find way too many folks connected towards the container and we (Time-Warner cable) have to cut the wires and repair it; and so forth. Talking to one representative, he explained the interruption may last as much as 10 times! I spend a lot of cash every month to possess shotty service. Timewarner stated it'd credit me for that period I dropped - but I'll need to call-back and Obtain it. Ummm... Cheers!
