Time warner unsafe cables hanging no service since monday since oct. 29

Since monday (hurracine Sandy) cable phone and internet has been out in Maspeth Queens on 65th stret. Verizon were here and fixed what they supposed to in couple of hours but not time warner. Their cables are hanging on to the sidewalk creating unsafe conditions and when one calls to say ask what is going on they just reply that thers an outage and costumers will be credited for the time it was out. Nobody cares about your 5 bucks that you will take off the bill. Come and fix you cables before somebody will get hurt and restore peoples service. Most of NY is back on their feet and time warner only cares anout a check each month and when there is a problem all the could say that there is an outage in the area. Trust me time warner this reviev its just a start of how i will deal with you now
