False advertisement

I obtained a request letter from timewarner cable to reconnect to timewarner cable pack support for $75.99 @ month for 12 months without any agreement with no installation charge. I changed my support from RCN to Time - Warner wishing to save lots of some cash. After I changed, time-warner delivered me first month statement of $225: $40 installment charge, $99.95 for pack service, $25 container and DTV service. $25 telephone preliminary charge or anything and duty.

I called customer support plus they could not recognize their letter, saying I've to visit timewarner heart using the letter, that we did. There i confirmed the notice and also the supervisor stated they do not have this type of deal plus they do not know concerning the offer. However the supervisor did consider my installation charge out.

I'm unsatisfied whatsoever. I changed to time-warner to save lots of some cash, however they fooled me by delivering this notice of lies.

PS: I still possess the notice with me.
