A Period Warner Cable consultant charged me for Assistance Team and stated she couldn't return the cost despite the fact that used to do not request it. Per month later and four telephone calls back again to Time-Warner, they don't understand something about that organization or why I'm billed. This can be a fraud. Timewarner sales representatives don't require your bank card data to start a merchant account.
