Unethical billing practice

Obtained declaration day 12/15 for cost dated 11/10 for PPV: Daddy Day Treatment on a classic RCA recipient which have been within the wardrobe for several years. Directv promises this film was requested from the recipient outlined in my own kids space in 2003 also it was never settled. We-don't remember actually purchasing this film 7 years back, but directv declined to credit the cost.

Talked with Directv boss Josh 12/20 but mentioned there is nothing we're able to do about this and needed to spend the charge from 7 years back. He mentioned when my boy requested a film, then it had been my obligation. I'd parental controls set thus he could not have requested the film in his space. Josh also described that Directv includes a common plan of gathering entry cards after-service termination, subsequently payment clients it doesn't matter how a long time have approved.
