Their customer support perspective is, you closed a two-year agreement - we've you and we are able to handle you exactly how we need. Their employees does not care so when we request to talk to a, they move you and "opps" the point goes dead. DO NOT SIGNAL A CONTRACT TOGETHER - customer support is low-exsistent, specialized support (we'd 2 technicans and also the issue is stillnot solved.) and administration do not care - since you possess a two-year binding agreement.
