I'd been a DirecTV client for three years, from 2004 - I quit DirecTV since I'd purchased a brand new HDTV and didn't wish to invest an additional $299 for that HD DVR. I quit DirecTV and visited my local cable business.in a nutshell their HDDVR was terrible, and so I created an request with DirecTV about their support. I had been provided a $100 instant refund about the gear and another $100 instant credit for time for DirecTV. I decided to this offer after which while I had been putting my purchase for installment the consultant requested of a 2nd recipient. I stated that I still had my outdated devices which used to do not require to buy a brand new one. She explained that she'd renounce the charge for that 2nd recipient to ensure that I might have updated equipment. Your day pursuing my installment I looked over my bill online and that I didn't get the $200 credit plus they were getting me for that 2nd recipient. I talked having a consultant today and after half an hour she released the $200 credit despite I'd been informed it had been in my own bill records. She continued to express the 2nd recipient was never discussed which there isnot anyhow that she'd credit it. She did anything but contact me a liar to my experience. I requested to consult with an associate of administration, easily these were all-in conferences and he or she was the ground boss. I expected her how frequently they register new clients and do not make sure they are purchase the gear at that time of the purchase. She said NEVER. I taken care of my HDDVR but didn't purchase the Next recipient when I was informed there could be no charge, and yet it turned up on my consideration like a charge.
