Failure to fulfill obligation of agreement

I bought a 40" Samsung flat-screen from Walmart Jan. 2009 I also bought a long guarantee on a single time.in June I triggered the guarantee. The guarantee middle had an area television fix select the television up from my house. 7 days later I contact the restoration heart—they advised me they weren't permitted to purchase the required component and also the guarantee center would need to purchase and deliver for them. I approached the guarantee middle plus they advised me the component had been requested and could be shipped in 7-10 days. 7 days later I named the guarantee middle plus they explained the component could be shipped in another seven days. Seven days later I named the guarantee middle plus they explained it could be completely fixed by July 3rd. September 5th I named the guarantee middle plus they explained the component was simply requested on July 2nd and could be shipped in seven days. 7 days later I named the guarantee middle plus they explained the component was on back-order and somebody might contact me to update me on standing within 3 times. 3 nights later I obtained a phone that mentioned another person might contact me in 3 more times to go over replacment choices. 4 days later I named the guarantee middle to ask why no body had named me regarding alternative and was knowledgeable they'd not be processing an upgraded request another 3 times. The individual in this phone explained she'd no concept when/when the television might actually be fixed or changed. I request to talk to somebody over her and he or she explained... You thought it... Somebody might contact me in 3 times. Up to now no Television; obviously no warranty and out an overall total of $1400. Never can i buy technology or expanded service from walmart again!
