Bad customer service - satelline LNB

I bought a satellite LNB (the receiving unit) online from Satmaximum.com. According to the description on their site it is for the satellite Galaxy 3c which I watch. However when I received the unit it does not work - its frequency is not for Galaxy 3c. When I called to return the unit they claim it is the right one and refuse to acknowledge their mistake on their website. They have a no refund policy so do not buy stuff from them because you do not know if it will work or not.
