I purchsed a fresh DVD from hit. The cashier assured me I really could return it if it had been faulty. The deal was really enjoyable

Among The dics didn't function so when I attempted to come back it (same-day, I stay outside) I had been laughed at (RUDE!) and told I couldn't obtain a reimbursement or trade the currently available DVD since I probably burned it to my pc. I had been informed that my only strategy is always to contact the maker (the PO box about the back of the situation)!?! TRULY?!?

They declined to actually check the DVD but were pleased to throw severe allegations my method till I quit the shop.
