I am writing since I'd an extremely poor experience with this particular shop. On September 15 I visited the shop to switch a blanket I'd purchase about 14 days before, I'd dropped my bill, however the shop plan is the fact that you are able to trade the item for that same product. I had been obtaining a blanket but various shade, and same cost. I got it towards the cashier and he or she examined it and stated that was it. I quit the shop and was taking out the parking lot when another worker strategy me and stated I really couldnot consider the blanket and that I had a need to return. I left my vehicle and went in. They stated that another blanket i returned was checking 1.00, so that they were just likely to provide me credit 1.00. I requested to talk to the supervisor Sara which she stated she couldn't trade it. Constantly she was giggling like creating fun people. She appears misleading to be always a store-manager really childish. The shop must educate their workers for supervisors placement since she was rude. I simply hardly understand why the cashier did not tell me before i quit the shop why did they delay to create a picture outside where clients were observed. I felt really poor. I named the organization office at 310-324-9962 that was the amount distributed by the supervisor Sara, i described what occurred but again these were very little of the aid. They stated that these were likely to email Perez concerning the scenario which he'd contact me but he did not. I submitted a police statement and also the official stated it was a municipal sue situation. A little factor converted into anything real large.
