I visited this shop at Belmont, California

Our cashier scanned them twice in error. I discovered it after I was examining my bill before I quit the shop and returned to her immediately. I expected her to obtain my cash back. Appears like nothing challenging to complete, but she stated "Simply choose one product in the shop to switch since we-don't return." I informed her used to do not require other things in the shop anymore so simply return my cash back. She kept saying she can't return anything. I thought it had been losing my time speaking with her and so I requested to get a supervisor.

I described the supervisor what occurred and requested her I simply need my cash back.

The supervisor explained the same whilst the cashier that it's a shop plan to not reimbursement money. I informed her it's incorrect and doesn't seem sensible because itis not just a return or trade. But she insisted about no money return plan. At this time I experienced ridiculous and quit the shop. The things they say does not seem sensible! They required "no money reimbursement" also actually! It might be merely a buck, but I completely don't comprehend at-all!!
