I bought an $250.00 (money) for an available boxed camcorder for my ministry. Since it was an open-box I specifilly requested the affiliate that offered it to us concerning the return policy. I requested am I going to have the ability to obtain a reimbursement if I'm unhappy with it or anything is wrong withit. He explained Oh sure! You've 10 times not a problem simply maintain your sales reciept, and we shall provide you with a complete refund. After I acquired the camera house and examined it around great I recognized it didn't possess a function I truly required and so I chose to return it back again to the shop. To my shock the cashier advised me that she might just provide me $100.00 of my cash today and send the remainder in 7 to 10 times. Obviously I had been really annoyed sinse they didn't have another camera using the function we required that will match our budget. The cashiers reaction to me was the plan is about the back of the reciept. I told her that I'd requested the sales affiliate concerning the return policy before I bought the camera, which he'd explained I really could obtain a complete reimbursement, which he didn't mention something concerning the plan declaring that I really could just obtain a part of my money-back, and also have to attend for that relaxation to be shipped. I told the cashier he was rude, which I'd never store HHGregg again. I advised her that their return policy smells, and they must post-it where clients can easily see it before they create their purchase. That it inappropriate not to advise a person of the return ploicy prior to the purchase.

I called customer service to create a criticism about Bob and his rude reckless attitude, bad customer support, and thier return policy as well as their approach to telling or not telling the client untill following the purchase continues to be created. I acquired exactly the same therapy from their store the woman was rude and insisted the return policy is about the back of the reciept. Please someone tell me whats so difficult about ubderstanding the customer doesn't observe that fortunate reciept untill (after) they've made the purchase!

i couldn't appear to get these folks to comprehend that. I believe it's incorrect, it's misleading, and inaccurate not to advise their clients that they can not receive all of the reimbursement at that time of return if it's over 100.00.
