Very poor customer support and can't wait to go back to dish or rabbit ears

Was billed for 2 films on a single evening (May 5th) that we never requested or viewed. Actually the supervisor was a software and wouldn't acknowledge they might create a mistake... ACTUALLY.inadequate customer care and cannot wait to return to MEAL or bunny ears!!
