Charged for Two Pay-Per-View Movies Never Ordered

Was charged for two movies on the same day (May 5th) which I never ordered nor watched.
Even the manager was a robot and would not admit that they could possibly make a mistake... EVER.
Very poor customer support and can't wait to go back to DISH or rabbit ears!!
