They are the worst, do not get their service or you will regret it

Do not trust DirecTV. Everytime I've named in having a problem or problem they've provided me the work arround. I'd named to obtain support in another space in my own home plus they charged me $50.00 to my charge card my statement arrived so that as I had been researching my statement declaration I had been billed for that same $50 and also to obtain a credit for that overage cost was so difficult, the client support representatives they've working have no idea! They're excessively rude!!! Our last-call for them was to obtain an expansion on my cost the repetition wasn't as poor whilst the relaxation she explained your expansion is authorized. I awaken today with my wire disconnected I call-in and also the repetition informs me yes I observe whenever you named which the expansion was authorized however it was never put on your account. So today I've to become without having wire for somebody elses problem and never performing their work!!! They're the worst ever!!! Don't receive directv support you'll regret it!!
