For about a month I have been having problems with my reception of cable, ever since thsy said I needed a box to up grade to "HD". Its like watching a sticking DVDyou know the kind that the pixels aremessedup on only sometimes the sound is lost also. And then there is this balck box that states they are xperiencing problems and to notify them that you are having problems. To bad they are a monopoly and we as cuatomers don't have a choice of cable service for our area. If so Suddenlink would probably hve to leave this part of the country. As for their crediting the bill when there is an outage, they don't realize when my cable reception is screwed up. This has happeneed every day since installing the box they originally stated we as cable subribers wouldn't need. Some one needs to help me get the FCC, consumer protection agency, local goverment bodies, state goverment bodies and the Attorney Generals off ice involved and maybe have them heavily fined for breach of contract. Our location is in the Cabot/Jacksonville, Arkansas area.
