Like a new customer to Direct TV, I'm absolutely disappointed about all areas of their business. I tried to obtain installation completed. They turned up using the incorrect equipment. Rescheduled they turned up again with incorrect equipment. Next time the installment technology suggested he might not have the ability to deploy and experimented with cost me $50 each for that installing of 3 cables. Rescheduled again, (yes, I'm an idiot) they never actually turned up. Next time, they delivered a boss who mounted the machine. I had been fairly happy. I subsequently got my first statement, in the place of it being the cited cost, it had been exceedingly extreme. They described the 3-3 month free survey presents were for "shifting" balances and never for brand new customers. Any discounts might consider so long as 6-8 months to approach.

Main point here, consumer beware, NOT supid like me.
