4 missed installation appointments!

Our tale began 5 months ago. I named them that I needed to update my gear to HD devices and meal. They put up a scheduled appointment period. It had been established two times prior to the session day. No body turned up.

I reported and got a few months free Showtime/Video Route along with a new session day. That day arrived, no body turned up. I had been mad, got $100 down on my statement, along with a next visit day.

That next day was recently, no body turned up again. I named the adding broker for Directv straight (Skylink) they stated they talked to some boss plus they might create a unique go out on Sunday morning (nowadays) and "when there is an issue together not having the ability to come, a boss herself could be out to focus on it". No body turned up today.

Tomorrow I Will contact Skylink again, obtain a fifth installment time. Subsequently contact Directv for another hour-long telephone call being returned around to varied people, to protest again and demand $200 credit for these last two missed visits (their plan is afterall, $100 credit for almost any missed visits following the preliminary day). What's up with Directv and/or even the types they made a decision to do their installment? Issue with Directv or Skylink?

Well, if we actually do get somebody out below to complete our HD gear, it's down towards the Better Business Institution to protest about both businesses, and also to email the boss of Directv herself (yes I've his current email address). What I've been through, relaxing around for times awaiting an company is crazy.
