I discover that the client support in Brooklyn department of TWC is truly missing. We've been attempting to move our Triple Play Support (wire, telephone, web) to the new condo for around per month today.

Your first planned specialist visit never occurred. Whenever we named TWC, the repetition stated, "Oh you are support was ended." We responded, "nicely we did not stop our support, we moved it." Additionally they documented that there is no report of the scheduled visit. We rescheduled for 2 months later.

24 hours later the TWC telephone department quit a note concerning the move of telephone support and requested that people call-back. Therefore we did. The repetition stated, "oh well this is the telephone department, you have to consult with them." "Ok - so just how do we do this?" No answer. Additionally they described that the specialist had ceased each day before at 12:15pm but no body responded the doorway. Your day before we were informed that there is no report of a scheduled appointment since our support have been canceled not moved.

The telephone department called again recently. We skipped the phone call. They didn't abandon a callback amount but rather quit a note stating "Well, because youare not addressing your telephone, we cannot perform a confirmation so we are eliminating your support." We called TWC back. Again, they stated, "properly your whole visit was ended from the telephone department." We contended and contended till they ultimately stated that they could be ready to plan us in from midday-4:00pm about the evening of our unique support.

Obviously, no body turned up. Therefore the fight starts again. The really sad section of all of this is the fact that they're our only choice for wire/web. Another organization doesn't support our road.
