Terrible Customer Service/No Communication!

I requested AT&T Uverse having a wire and web pack and needed to wait until a Sunday 3 months later to possess installment since I perform full-time. The specialist was planned to exhibit up between 1 and 3. At 3:45 I named the 1-800 number. I invested over 45 units about the telephone (mainly on-hold) and was attached to 3 various "professionals". They LASTLY decided that my tackle wasn't entitled to the service (despite the fact that I'd been authorized online) which the specialist had pushed to my condo, and quit since I reside in an apartment complex that's not properly sent for that support. I received no telephone call or notice at-all the support couldn't be mounted. I lost my whole evening holding out for anyone to appear. This individuals have no learning customer support. Don't select at&t for the cable providers!!!
