I named PSE&H to routine fix visit for my main AC. I've support agreement aswell. Oneday I named with no one responded for around 45 mins after which I hungup. Following day, I attempted again for 38 mins and lastly somebody acquired and that I planned a scheduled appointment for Friday May 1st from 4-to 8pm. I come home from function to ensure that I will attend the specialist but I waited until 8pm with no one turned up with no one named to stop or alter the visit. I called-up customer support to discover what occurred plus they explained that somebody did appear at my house around 1:30pm or anything plus they have no idea why.

Ok, then I requested to re schedule for following day and thus repetition planned for following day May 2nd from 12 to 4pm. Therefore, following day when no body named and turned up until 2pm I named the client support to ensure the same error doesn't occur like yesterday. Repetition explained that yes I actually do have a scheduled appointment planned for today-so I ought to wait until 4pm. I requested to contact the specialist to see approximately period when he or she is likely to be below. Repetition explained they could not do this and that I will have to delay simply because they may appear. You know what, I waited until 4pm with no one named with no one turned up. Subsequently, I named customer support again, and that I was surprised to listen to that within the program there is no visit planned for nowadays instead it had been planned for May 30 from 8 to 4. Therefore, someone improved my visit and created me seem like trick. Today, I'm waiting to listen to back from the boss but I doubt anyone will-call me back.
