Bad customer service

I've had the toughest encounter to date at Lenscrafters within Torrance, CA. I'm a brand new client and desired to attempt them out, and you know what? I'll never return to the corporation, not just that, I'll tell-all my buddies and households how poor they are. I requested my glasses on March 31 and contains been four weeks nevertheless no spectacles! Nowadays is April 27!!! I never received calls from their store, I've to contact them constantly and everytime I acquired another period frame. They have a lot of reasons, first it had been the they created the contacts with incorrect prescription, second-time it had been the contacts did not move examination within the factory-level, the final moment I named, it's concerning the climate in Kansas! Provide me a rest!

I'm so pissed at them, significantly, I've been wearing spectacles since I have was 16 and that I haven't actually been handled like this. There isn't any customer support, every time I've to call to check on the standing of my contacts and everytime after I contact, it would appear that I'm worrying them! Exactly what a bad organization, I settled more than 350 bucks outofpocket which may be the support I get

Do Not visit lenscrafters, you'll wind up spending top-dollar for that toughest support!
