My service is out and I was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks for service. I am without a picture on all my sets.
I talked to 4 different reps and got the same story that it is weather related. One rep said wait until the sun comes out and your signal may return.
I said I wanted to cancel and was told that a cancellation fee would apply in the amount of $240. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so called major provider.
When my contract is up I will definetly cancel. Also, I am warning my friends not to switch to Direct Tv. It has the worst service of all the cable and satelite companys.
