I named on Thusday 11/5/09 and set up an appointment to have the program examined. Friday 11/6/09 the technician called about 6:00pm to confiirm appointment for Satuday 11/7.20 minutes later a PC calls confirming a scheduled appointment for Saturday. Somehow in 20 units the organization simply arbitraily chose to transfer my visit a day later without informing me by any means, condition or type. When I keep in touch with a boss she offered some butt-in-eight excuse that which was the day which was initially put up. Therefore in fact she was contacting me a liar aswell. The corporation CAn't be respected as well as their customer support attitude hurts. I DON'T advise them for something. More whenever we have lightning in the region we are able to reduce Satellite Television for approximately one hour plus they bloame it on nature and WOn't credit my consideration for insufficient support. Now's this piss-poor perspective or what?
