Defective Equipment / Poor Service

HD Satellite went early Saturday night. Low of our 3 TVs worked. Required support on Friday morning and were recommended the earliest a technology could be availible to correct or substitute the faulty gear will be the following Friday. Named later to complain concerning the insufficient instant interest provided, was recommended the fresh earliest routine would not be until Friday morning. We shall stop our agreement. Direct TV Support hurts!
