How unfortunate may be the state-of customer-company matters that DirecTV features to truly have the Number 1 customer support score for x period of time in AROW!!! I've been a DirecTV client 1 1/2 decades right into a 2-year deal contract. Throughout that period, I've created at least 30 telephone calls to DirecTV on numerous Television and customer support problems. They got more than 1 1/2 weeks simply determining just how to set up an install day in the future and obtain us began!!! Which should have now been a touch that DirecTV sucks donkey balls but I offered them a reasonable opportunity to surpass their marketing statements. Suffice to express, in my opinion that DirecTV is among the many morally bankrupt and incompetently run businesses I've had the catastrophe to encounter. I've lost hours of time-on the phone waiting to obtain anyone to repair an issue with this support and 9 times out-of 10, they wind up messing it-up and needing extra follow up calls. Anybody understand how I will enter connection with DishNetwork or Comcast? At this time, I'm so sick and tired of DirecTV that I'd offer to look on nationwide tv and rake them within the coals for that bad therapy they've provided me in the last 1 5 years. After I stop, I'm likely to damn well ensure that they do not attempt the B.S. Methods of payment me for-anything else w/d so far as I am worried, they've been already taking cash from me this entire whole period!!! DirecTV and everybody who operates for them must endure eternal damnation due to their nefarious organization methods!!! Easily visit a media story about somebody firebombing their corporate headquarters, I'd not drop one rip! Burn-in Heck you dishonest kids-of-bitches!!!
