Waste of time!

DirecTV is just a total waste of period and extremely unprofessional I'd my day put up for installment on Thursday after work…instead I obtain a phone well I’m at the office wondering easily may meet up with the technicians’ at midday, and so I say ok I will move house on my meal break. I get home three men appear and hold off for around one hour after which wind up informing me they don't possess the proper gear for that work! And that I will need to re schedule, therefore at this time after lost 2 hours of function. I contact DirecTV customer support, when I wind up having a conference phone with two reps, to setup a manger in the future in repair the problem 24 hours later. I acknowledge thinking I'll have somebody you're skilled and understand the right gear to create.

As The next day…about 9 o-clock I begin to obtain arbitrary telephone calls in the DirecTV technology men, I would like to advise you that I’m at the office and my support visit isn't planned till 4pm/8 after work…I won't spend your time from work with Television. So anyways I proceed to get these harassing telephone calls requesting after I will soon be house after which the technology men begin to get angry that I’m not being large with my period plus they get insulted that I'll not abandon work on that second, so they may connect my Television at their comfort! I disregard the telephone calls…and later consult with a DirecTV scheduler who adjusts that I'll have somebody at my home in the unique planned period

Lengthy history short…The manger GREG (775) 527-5870 turns up 2 hrs late walks into my house looks at my ground after which claims he can’t get it done! After which attempts to cost me $50 bucks! In it’s near to eight o-clock at this time! I’m totally mentioned and enraged using their insufficient skilled ism!!! Thanks for losing my PERIOD!!!
