Not honoring aggreement

Direct TV contract was to get a two year agreement at $39.99 monthly, to incorporate 156 stations, two receivers, and free installation. Additionally, decided was a $100.00 refund towards the buddy recomending them in my experience, in addition to a $100.00 refund to myself.

When I don't possess a banking account, we employed my moms American Express account to approach the contract, which there is a $35 buck cost to start the support.

After I called to obtain the guaranteed refund, I had been informed they wouldn't I would like to obtain the rebate or consider the info to get a one month period of time. I actually believed it was abnormal, and even attempted to begin the rebate again, 1 week later, again, they'd not I would like to apply for the refund.

Today, they've billed my Moms American Express consideration the quantity of $35 bucks, AND POSSESS delivered mean extra statement for that quantity of $61.48. I named them-and questioned if there possibly was a payment error, and was informed, "NO", whilst the refund hadn't been started, which I really could do this on the internet. I told them-this wasn't right, which I'd decided to spend the regular cost of $39.99, which I'd not spend the larger quantity they currently desired. They stated that after TODAY processing for that refund, that it'd consider about 2 months, and that I could be charged again for another $61.48, before rebate arrived to effect. Additionally, they also explained the refund could be over a-10 month period of time of the decrease in price of $10 monthly.

I then told them-this wasn't what I'd registered for and decided to, and they weren't praising the contract, which if it was how their service was to become, that I certainly desired to stop the support. Then they explained that I'd be billed $480.00 for early termination. With this particular I've not requested the refund, for worrying easily do, that I'll be more placing myself and my Moms charge card in risk. What must I do???
