I've been with Strong TV for 7 years. I bought my recievers after I began the support.in December I named because of the disappointment of my DVR. Direct television was more then pleased to substitute it at no cost. Additionally they mentioned they might substitute the rest of the containers free of charge since I have haven't had any substitutes for that agreement...

However The cause I named was to try and have my statement decreased and stated that used to do not need to possess something completed with the recievers until which was feasible. They stated they might decrease my statement by $15 per month for that next year also it might return to regular easily did a-2 year agreement and...

So... I call-back to verify and confirm that the things they stated would happen. Exactly what a surprise that i think it is wasn't accurate

First phone... Was told I will be pleased for that free recieves which direct television would not do any credit for $15 per month. I asked to get a manager. Was place in wait nightmare for an hour. Eventually put up

Minute phone... Asked for verification again. Was told that there is no credit about the acount... Requested to consult with somebody about closing the consideration down and shipping the gear back. Was delivered to account disputes. And was then informed easily did close the consideration down... I'd be charged-up to $500. Oo. I discussed the only cause that i went in to the agreement was because of the reality I had been likely to obtain a decrease in my bill. And she explained there is no report of that. Requested to get a manager. Explained what had happened... She said she'd credit my DVR price ($5.95) for 23 weeks and place a credit on my consideration for 12 weeks of ($10.00). Additionally explained Strong TV can only just do-up to $10 a mont of the credit. Possibly to avoid the support desk team from offering the world. LOL...

Therefore The moral of the tale... Should you business with them. Have it written down before you invest in any agreement. Ask them to email it for you or ask them to provide you with thier individual quantity and also the area they're in...

Simply because they may LAY to obtain one to perform a deal... Becareful!!!
