Misleading advertising

Direct TV repeatedly directed me mail requesting me to come back for them plus they might provide a unique 29.99 (for 12 months) unique due to their Option Strategy (normall over $50 monthly).

After I called them-and talked to Juan he assured me I'd get that offer. Once the specialist arrived I'd to speak on telephone to lady at organization who also stated I had been finding that offer.

There is NO reference to a refund procedure. Then your first statement arrived also it wasn't for that advertised price (it had been over $50).

After I called and talked to Ricky he explained he'd approach the refund. He was apologetic and stated I only have to spend lower, arranged quantity.

Subsequently in November after I was still obtaining the expenses for higher level I named and was informed that sadly more than 60 times had handed and also the refund hadnot been prepared and so I was from fortune.

I ended the support and today they believe they are able to bill me to get a $400 termination charge.

I never signed a deal plus they never supplied the support and also the charge which was decided.

I had been clear after I first named them that I had been just buying their support if it had been in the advertised price.

They're practising fraud.

I'd prefer to understand who's accountable for controlling them-so I will create formal complaint.
