I recived an advertisement within the email from Direct TV with my name onto it. I really could receive cableTV 150 stations free showtime free installation with no mount. I had a need to conserve money and so I named the 800 number. And put up a merchant account with customer support. The put up chaqrge was $21.00 (?) After I receved my first statement it had been for $189.00 I had been BILLED FOR AN UP-GRADE I DID SO NOT PURCHASE BILLED FOR SHOWTIME WHICH WAS SOPPOSED TO BECOME FREE AND didn't receive any discounts used to do not learn about lthat was in fine-print about the add. This was my first phone to Direct TV to strighten issues out. I continued line three times and may not cope with to-order my refund the 4 th period I acquired through. My next statement arrived inside it was fro 147.00 I paid it For Just Two mo. No refund. I named customer support They explained how to proceed online to obtain my refund. I continued line and may not cope with for that 4th period I delivered them a contact (they received) aND INFORMED THEM easily did not provide me my refund the include guaranteed I'd stop my agreement. Our next statement was for 74.00 I named agin (the 6th phone) my refund hadn't been provided. I subsequently cancled my deal and informed them-they didn't maintain there area of the contract.
