I bought a tivo unit and tried to install my self with simple instructions. Ok, but now i need two cable-cards from comcast. It takes two weeks to have a tech come out and install the cards. After doing so the tech took the comcast unit as he said i only needed the new tivo unit. Wrong!!! As i found out two days later i do not get all that i am paying for. Now its going to take two more weeks to bring my cable box back to me! Now i'm with out programs and one cable card is not working, heres the worst part. Try dealing with comcast customer service over the phone. I turned blue in the face as i was not allowed to speak to a supervisor to get my unit that i am still paying for back to me. Rip off artist!!! This company is so big, they could care less and it's very clear when trying to get "customer service" from them.
